1 Hardware
          The hardware is mainly composed of control unit, display unit and monitoring unit. The hardware facilities of charging piles are divided into external and internal hardware. Usually, materials with good weather resistance, temperature resistance, flame retardant performance, excellent insulation performance and high electric trace index are used, such as PET, ABS, nylon and so on.
External hardware: charging gun, charging cabinet, wiring cabinet, etc. Internal hardware: transformer, inverter, rectifier, relay, filter, etc.
2 Software
         The software system is composed of several modules, including the main control module, IC identification module, human-computer interaction module, charging module and charging module. All modules operate independently and exchange information at the same time to jointly realize the charging function of the car and the charging function of the user.
Classification of charging piles According to charging methods, charging piles for new energy vehicles can be divided into AC charging piles and DC charging piles.
         (1) AC charging pile is "slow charging", which can not directly charge the power battery of the car. It needs to be connected to the on-board charger to complete the charging. It adopts conventional voltage, low charging power and slow charging. However, it has advantages of simple structure, small volume, low cost and easier construction. Therefore, it is usually installed in public parking lots, shopping malls and residential areas.
         (2) DC charging pile, also known as "fast charging", can directly charge the power battery of new energy vehicles. Due to the use of high voltage, so the advantage is also large charging power, fast charging; But the disadvantage is high cost and high voltage and current, will have a certain impact on the battery life, and high construction requirements. Therefore, DC charging piles are often installed in places such as fast charging stations and operating vehicle charging stations.

Temperature sensor is one of the suppliers of the charging pile enterprise, the charging pile is the customer of the temperature sensor! The temperature detection of charging gun, charging base, charging pile and changing station is the specific component of charging and changing temperature management. The connector system between the charging post and the vehicle may also withstand high temperatures during charging. To ensure safe temperature monitoring and avoid overheating, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) stipulates that the temperature sensors used in the connector system must meet the minimum requirements of IEC 62196-31 DIN. Therefore, the temperature sensor must have reliable measurement accuracy.
          Dc/Supercharging is seen as one of the key drivers of electric vehicles, allowing them to take longer journeys without having to stop for a long time to recharge. With fast charging technology, charging times can be cut by several hours to 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the charging technology, battery chemistry and temperature. However, very short charging times require very large currents, which puts a lot of pressure on the power electronics in the charging pile and makes thermal monitoring all the more crucial.
Fully understand the industrial chain of charging piles, especially the upper and middle reaches of charging piles, and facilitate temperature sensor companies to recruit cross-industry sales talents overlapping with their own customer base.
